2020 Vision

Happy New Year to all and let’s hope this one will be a little less disorganised politically, and that our future as a country will be a bit more certain! Last year was a busy one for me with more media advisory work and some new charity clients. Where new business is concerned my focus is on impact photography with UK charities as it is an area in which I feel I can make a difference having worked with some fantastic charities over recent years. I always enjoy seeing the results being used in social media posts like the one below taken for @manechancesanctuary which is based near Guildford and founded by my lovely friend #jennyseagrove. The sanctuary holds regular open days - do check out their website as it is a great afternoon out! For the third term I am working with Surrey’s High Sheriff, looking after the website and helping to raise awareness of the role This year, Bridget Biddell will be continuing with her theme of Nurture through Nature’ having already made a difference in the community with special days on the farm at Hampton Estate where young people can be inspired by the countryside and wildlife. Surrey Life continues to keep me busy and I have just done a shoot with a well known Surrey Celebrity who will be writing a regular Column in the magazine - February’s issue will reveal all. I was delighted to be involved in the Big Give campaign during December for Baynards Zambia Trust - a charity close to my heart, especially as we raised over £40k which pays for a school, teachers houses and sanitary facilities for the community of Chibombo in Zambia - Imagine how much that would cost in the UK, and this supplies education for around 250 children and breathes life into a community. Finally, thank you to all my loyal clients without whom I would not be able to keep doing what I love doing and watch out for my tuition course announcements coming soon.
